Getting help from IAMtech
About IAMtech
IAMtech is part of IAM and exists to provide innovative and sustainable ICT support and services to IAM and other NGOs.
Our helpdesk is staffed 7:30am-4pm Saturday-Wednesday and we can support you in English or Dari.
To receive support your organisation must have an existing relationship with IAM or be part of IAM. If you do, you may use one of the alternatives below to request support. If you don’t yet have a relationship, don’t despair – just write to us at the email address below and tell us about your NGO and we will contact you about support arrangements for the future.
For normal support you should use our self help tool at the top of this page to direct you to the right place. If you really can’t cope with that, you can email us at it@iam-afghanistan.org with a brief description of your problem. If your problem relates to email or internet not working then you won’t be able to email us and should instead phone one of our numbers in the staff contact list.
Once your request is in our helpdesk tracking system you will get updates throughout the life of your request. At the end of the work we would like you to tell us what you thought of our work and will send you a brief survey to complete. If you fill out the survey it helps us do better in future.
We look forward to supporting you.
